Brazell, II; Deborah H. Brazell; Unknown Tenant (s); In Possession of Subject Property, are the Defendants, that the clerk of courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 26 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75.00 FEET OF THE EAST 925.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 117.00 FEET OF GOVERNMENT LOT 2, SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
