The Clerk will hold the sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com on the 23rd day of October, 2012 at 10 a.m. for the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 28, BLOCK A OF OAK GROVE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
