RUIZ ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will hold the sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 9th day of November, 2012, at 10:00 am for the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 70, PARKWOOD VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
