UNIT 57G, PLACE ONE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 45; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3809, PAGE 886, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA;
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
