NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CC-001640, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HICKORY LAKE ESTATES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ELENA PAYAS, FIFTH THIRD BANK, HOME EQUITY OF AMERICA, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 16, 2012, in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 3, HICKORY LAKES PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGES 71-1 THROUGH 71-8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
