NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2012 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-001634, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LAKESHORE RANCH HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ALAN J. MINCHEFF and WENDY L. MINCHEFF, and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as successor by merger to WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 9th day of November, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., the following property set forth in said Final Judgement, to wit:
Lot 48, Block C, LAKESHORE RANCH PHASE IIB, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 9, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
