KINCAID, TAMMY L. KINCAID AKA TAMMY KINCAID, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building in Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, at 10:00 am on November 2, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
