NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 14, 2012 , and entered in Case No. CASE NO. 09-CA-003220 (B), of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 1, 2005, FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-C, is Plaintiff and PEDRO GOMEZ; YOLANDA VALDES; TENANT #1 N/K/A OSVALDO MENDEZ, AND TENANT #2 N/K/A ZONIA AROEHA,; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 29th day of October, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment dated May 26, 2010, to wit:
