NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 19th day of November 2012, at 10:00am www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot No. 44, Block No. E, MAGNOLIA GREEN - PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 109, Pages 17 through 24, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
