NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of September, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-013787, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein BRAEMAR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and KALPASH PATEL is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 19, Block E, of BRAEMAR, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 99, Page 71, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
