NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Favor of Plaintiff entered in this action on the 1st day of August, 2012, and pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered in this action on September 24, 2012, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on November 16, 2012, the following described property:
Lot 13, Block B, WESTCHASE SECTION “323” REVISED, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 74 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 10051 New Parke Road, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
