NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 16, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-008831 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. F/K/A Countrywide Home Loans Servicing L.P. is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL VARELA, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs St. Room 201/202, Tampa, FL. 33602 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of October, 2012 at 02:00 PM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 284, of Diamond Hill Phase 1A Unit 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 100, Page(s) 24, inclusive, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
