NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 1, 2009 and an Order Resetting Sale dated August 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-13876 DIV G, UCN: 292008CA013876XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank N.A., as Trustee for the Specialty Underwriting and Residential Finance Trust Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2006-AB3 is Plaintiff and NATALIE S. ANDERSON; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 24 day of October, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE WEST BOUNDARY OF LOT 29 OF LAKE RIDGE REVISED SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, 170.00 FEET SOUTH OF THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 29, RUN THENCE SOUTH 70.00 FEET ALONG SAID WEST BOUNDARY OF LOT 29, THENCE SOUTH-EASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOTS 29 AND 30, A DISTANCE OF 136.73 FEET, THENCE NORTHEASTERLY PERPENDICULAR TO THE AFORESAID COURSE A DISTANCE OF 172.1 FEET TO A POINT 208.8 FEET EAST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING THENCE WEST, PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF LOT 28 OF SAID SUBDIVISION 208.8 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
