GUTIERREZ, ET AL. the Defendant(s) that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at an auction to be conducted electronically online at http:/www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 23rd day of October, 2012 at 10:00 am, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 31, BLOCK 7, CAMEO VILLAS UNIT NO.4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE(S) 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
