NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2012 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-018191 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2006RS2 was the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS AND BENEFICIARIES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AGAINST THE ESTATE OF THE DEFENDANT ROBIN E. SHAW, DECEASED, ET AL. the Defendant(s) that the Clerk will sell to the best and highest bidder on the 23rd day of October, 2012 at an auction to be conducted electronically online at http:/www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 19, BLOCK 2, RIVER GROVE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 0100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
