NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2012, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-035187-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and John Laskos; Denise M. Laskos; Suntrust Bank; Butler Bay Unit Two and Three Homeowners Association, Inc.; Butler Bay Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 10th day of January 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 114, Butler Bay - Unit Three, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 4 through 9, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
