NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated August 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007285 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 1st day of November, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, BLOCK 162, MEADOW WOODS SUBDIVISION, VILLAGE 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, AT PAGES 17-18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
