NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated September 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 48 2008 CA 008605 (34) of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon, as successor trustee under novastar mortgage funding trust, series 2006-2 is Plaintiff and susan a. thomas; _, unknown spouse of susan a. thomas, if any; washington mutual bank; john doe or any other party in possession; the grande downtown orlando condominium association, inc.; all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the named defendants, whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by, through under or against the named Defendants are the Defendants, LYDIA GARDNER, the clerk of the court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 27th day of November, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
