NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-009113-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. wells fargo bank minnesota n.a., as trustee for the certificateholders of the reforming loan remic trust certificates series 2003-r1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and marilyn garrett; joseph s. bikulege; isobel p. bikulege; orange county, florida, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 6 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 9, block b, rio pinar south-phase one section four, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 8, page 5, public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
