NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion To Cancel And Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed September 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-007770-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT A. KINGSFORD A/K/A BOB KINGSFORD A/K/A ROBERT KINGSFORD A/K/A ROBERT ALAN KINGSFORD, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 3, BUILDING 8, TOGETHER WITH AND UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDING WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SANDLEWOOD CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3497, PAGE 1459, AND ALL VALID AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDED OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
