NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 27 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 009480 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., successor by merger to BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and RAMIRO RIZO A/K/A RAMIRO RIZON; PATRICIA MARTINEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SHEELER OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, SHEELER OAKS, PHASE TWO- A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 61 AND 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
