A portion of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of section 25, Township 40 South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast Corner of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 40 South, Rang of 23 East; thence North 01 degrees 23'48” East along the Easterly line of the aforementioned Fractional part of said Section 25, Township 40 South, Range 23 East, a Distance of 228.69 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Thence Continue North 01 degrees 23'48” East along said Easterly line, a distance of 210.00 feet, thence North 88 degrees 36'12” West, a distance of 210.00 feet, thence South 01 degrees 23'48” West, a distance of 210.00 feet; thence South 88 degrees 36'12” East, a distance of 210.00 feet to the point of beginning.
