Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2012, and entered in 08-2012-CA-000497 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida , wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and MARK A. VARGO, AMY M. VARGO, SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on the 25th day of January, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, BLOCK 568 OF PUNTA GORDA ISLES SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 2A THROUGH 2Z42, OF the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
A/K/A: 26550 Barranquilla Ave., Punta Gorda, FL., 33983
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
