Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-004297 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”), Plaintiff, and JIMMY D. SCHLEIGER; CARMEN C. SCHLEIGHER; and are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the day of December 31, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 3478 OFPORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION SEVENTY-FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 32A THROUGH 32P, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC REORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 9033 Fruitland Ave, Englewood, FL 34224
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
