NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 7, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-1494 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, that I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 29 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 3602, Building 36, Phase 2, THE PRESERVE AT COLONIAL SECTION III, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Instrument 2006000174106, as amended by Amendment to declaration recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2006000236799, as amended by Amendment to Declaration recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2006000236800, the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
