NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 28, 2012 and entered in 09-CA-063272()of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and TONI M IGLESIAS; THE CARRIAGE HOMES AT BELL TOWER PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TONI INGLESIS; BELL TOWNER PARK PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 a.m. on October 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 203, BUILDING 3000 OF THE CARRIAGE HOMES AT BELL TOWER PARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED O.R. BOOK 4031, PAGE 981, AND AMENDED IN INSTRUMENT # 2006-60305, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
