NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed September 28, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-051037 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Wamu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-pr1 Trust, Plaintiff and W. Daniel Bullock are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES February 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 6, OF CROSS CREEK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 41 TO 60, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
