NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-013912, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and MARGARITA OSPINA, US SECURITY TRUST, INC., JOHN DOE, JANE DOE A/K/A PAM MORRISON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARITA OSPINA N/K/A FABIAN OSPINA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 28 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 1, BLOCK 24, UNIT 5, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
