NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-52688, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and VIVIAN IRIAS, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIVIAN IRIAS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE MORALES, JOSE MORALES and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 29 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
