NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-054246, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES INC., MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA1 is the Plaintiff and KATHRYN BUTLER A/K/A KATHY BUTLER, CARRIE L. FRIEDEL, KATHRYN BUTLER, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE GULF SHORE LAND TRUST DATED THE 27TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2006, JOHN M. LOEBIG, FRANK PAVESE, JR., ESQ., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BILLIE B. SAUNDERS and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 27 day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

SUBJECT TO 30 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE FOR 1/2 OF THE ROAD R/W. ALSO SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS AND RESERVATIONS OF RECORDS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
