MANN, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TERRI D. MANN, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LAUREEN MANN and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A DAVID MANN IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
