NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 28 day of September, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-51234, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and STEVEN A. OGBORNE A/K/A STEVEN OGBORNE; SUNTRUST BANK; THERESA A. BROOKS A/K/A THERESA BROOKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THERESA A. BROOKS A/K/A THERESA BROOKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN A. OGBORNE A/K/A STEVEN OGBORNE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 31 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT A, BLOCK S, UNIT 20, TWELFTH STREET PARK, SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
