NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgement was awarded on May 4, 2011 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-071092, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BAFC 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and HANS BIEDRITZKY; URSULA BIEDRITZKY; JOHN DOE NKA SEAN J. REITER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Charlie Green will sell to the highest bidder for cash at ww.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.m. on the 1 day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 5 AND 6, BLOCK 5662, UNIT 85, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 49 TO 58, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
