UNIT 1316, OF TERRACE XIII AT LAKESIDE GREENS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3394, PAGE 998 THROUGH 1067, ET SEQ., AS AMENDED AND SUBJECT TO THE MASTER ASSOCIATION DECLARATION FOR HERITAGE PALMS AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3037, PAGE 2929 ET SEQ. AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 10460 WASHINGTONIA PALM WAY APT 1316, FORT MYERS, FL 33966; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on November 5, 2012 at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
