WARNER are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 am, on the 7 day of December, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:

Seq., and amy amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all Appurtenances thereunto Appertaining and Specified in Said Condominium Declaration.
