ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-18, is the Plaintiff and JOHN BERNATZ; THE UKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN BERNATZ N/K/A CHARLOTTE HARFF; TENANT #1 N/K/A JOSH SIMMONS; TENANT #2 N/K/A KRISTEN SIMMONS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 5 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
