NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 5, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 36-2008-CA-017945 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and MUNOZ CRUZ A/K/A CRUZ MUNOZ; ROSALINDA RIVERA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 5 day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
