NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-010351, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM V ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff, and JOHN ALEX GONZALEZ is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 24, 2012 , in an online sale at 10:00am www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 206, Building 9, INVERNESS CONDOMINIUM V, PHASE I, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions as recorded in O.R. Book 5897, Pages 2013 through 2098, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 81, Pages 9 through 13, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
