NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-005409 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Kelly M. Swinehart; Unknown Spouse of Kelly M. Swinehart, if any; The Manor Condominium Association, Inc.; and Unknown Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on October 30, 2012, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 222, as shown on condominium plat of The Manor, Phase II, a condominium according to the condominium plat book 90, pages 74 through 79 as amended in condominium plat book 91, pages 29 through 34, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain declaration of condominium filed March 21, 1986, in official record book 6190, pages 2029 through 2116, and amended in official record book 6215, page 1025, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
