NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-21941CICI-11, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and GINTAUTAS E. SAULIS AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE GINTAUTAS E.SAULIS TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 6TH DAY OF MARCH, 2002; GINTAUTAS E. SAULIS; VIRGINIA SAULIS; TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT, NO.215 INC, A CONDOMINIUM; TOWN SHORES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; SCOTT PAINT COMPANY, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A RICHARD SHULTZ, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
KENMORE HOUSE UNIT 204 FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO 215, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 102,103 AND 104, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED FEBRUARY 11,1975 IN O.R. BOOK 4258, PAGE 1493, AS CLERKS INSTRUMENT NO. 75-016400, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1.2181% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. A PERPETUAL AND NON-EXCLUSIVE EASMENT IN COMMON WITH, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTERESTS IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PUBLIC PASSAGEWAYS, AS WELL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 32/31/16/91606/000/2040
