AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and THOMAS C. MAYHEW A/K/A THOMAS MAYHEW; EDNA MAYHEW; MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT NO. 1B, ASSOCIATION, INC.; MAINLANDS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the named defendants, whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by through under or against the named Defendants are the Defendants, KEN BURKE, the clerk of the court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.pinellas.realforeclose.com of the PINELLAS County Courthouse, in PINELLAS County, Florida, at 10:00, on the 25 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
