NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2012, and entered in 09011309CI(13) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and PAULA A FRANZ; RONALD R FRANZ; JOHN DOE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on October 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, PINELLAS ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
