NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 1, 2012 and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-013864 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JESSE WALUDA; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; VILLAGE LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on October 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 101, BUILDING 895, OF VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4829, PAGE 464, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 11 THROUGH 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
