Apartment No. 110, GOLDEN SANDS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, page(s) 9A and 9B, and being further described in the certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in official records Book 2127, page(s) 433, et. seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto. With the following street address: 4902 31st Avenue South, #110, Gulfport, Florida, 33707.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 31, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
