NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-011941CICI-19, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and JANET ROCCO; PATRICIA GRIMES A/K/A PATRICIA A. GRIMES; CASA MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 2 OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of January, 2013; the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM TOWNHOUSE NO. 12 OF CASA DEL MAR II, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE INTHE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4576, PAGE 291, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 36 THROUGH 59, AND AS AMENDED BY CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 14 THROUGH 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
