Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2nd, 2012 entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-003799, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and LARRY ALAN GILHOUSEN, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 70 AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MARINERS PASS III, A CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4200, PAGES 1647 THROUGH 1692, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4261, PAGE 44, IN O.R. BOOK 4301, PAGE 820, O.R. BOOK 4321, PAGE 151, REFILED IN O.R. BOOK 4331, PAGE 2094, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4717, PAGE 482 AND IN O.R. BOOK 5414, PAGE 423, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 33 THROUGH 35, REFILED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 120 TO 124, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of November, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
