Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on September 19, 2012, the Clerk will sell the real and personal property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Lot 1, 2 and 3 of COMSTOCK'S SUBD'N., according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page(s) 12, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
AND
The Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 34, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, LESS the West 10 feet thereof for street.
TOGETHER with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements, and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the foregoing real property, including, without limitation, all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal, and similar matters.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on November 5, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m., via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
