Notice is given that pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 12-4644-CO-54, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which, WINDRUSH COVE, INC., is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are PHILLIP TESTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PHILLIP G. TESTON; WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB, a FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. as Successor by Merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A.; and any and all UNKNOWN TENANT(S). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on November 6, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment for Foreclosure:
