YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a complaint was filed by Plaintiff, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., a national banking association, for reformation of instruments affecting title to, and for the recognition and establishment of record of Plaintiff's first-lien priority affecting title and liens on the following real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
From the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 35, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida; thence run East 750 feet; thence run North a distance of 408 feet to the point of BEGINNING. Then run West a distance of 127.5 feet; thence run North a distance of 145 feet; thence run East a distance of 127.3 feet; thence run South a distance of 145 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
Said complaint has been filed against ALL UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND CLAIMANTS OF THE ESTATE OF DONALD S. SARETTE, DECEASED, as defendants substituted for Donald S. Sarette, deceased, by court order dated September 11, 2012, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Beth A. Cronin or Adam S. Butkus, Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Trenam, Kemker, Scharf, Barkin, Frye, O'Neill & Mullis, P.A., Post Office Box 3542, St. Petersburg, Florida 33731, on or before November 13, 2012 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the Gulf Coast Business Review, P.O. Box 6517, Clearwater, FL 33758.
