Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 19, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 85, FOUNTAIN SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5012, PAGE 335, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 40 THROUGH 44, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1799 N HIGHLAND AVE APT E85, CLEARWATER, FL 33755; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
